His expertise spans live events, digital media, and broadcast, creating integrated campaigns that drive both engagement and measurable returns.

With a career that includes leadership roles at the Grand Slam of Curling, Sportsnet, and the Canadian Football League, Rob has built and executed sponsorship programs for some of the most well-known properties in Canadian sports. 

As Co-Founder of Rogue Sports, Rob is focused on delivering high-impact sponsorship solutions that go beyond visibility. His approach ensures that every partnership is strategic, results-oriented, and built to deliver real business outcomes.

Matt is a seasoned sports executive with a proven track record in sponsorship marketing, brand integration, and revenue growth.

He has led major sponsorship portfolios, negotiated high-value partnerships, and developed multi-platform strategies that deliver measurable business results.

With an extensive production background—live events, studio, and feature work—Matt is also a content strategist who seamlessly weaves brand messaging into storytelling that captivates audiences without compromising creativity. His work has featured on national broadcasts, including Hockey Night in Canada, the NBA Finals, and Blue Jays  Baseball.

As Co-Founder of Rogue Sports, Matt is focused on building high-impact partnerships that maximize engagement and ROI—going beyond logo placements to create authentic, results-driven collaborations.

Michael is a dynamic sales and sponsorship executive with a diverse background across sports marketing, athlete representation, and brand development.

His experience includes managing commercial partnerships, coordinating high-profile athlete activations, and building business development pipelines from the ground up. Michael has a hands-on understanding of both grassroots and professional sports ecosystems.

With previous roles at Allrem Sports & Entertainment, Live Sports & Entertainment, and consumer-facing brands like Great Canadian Meat and PepsiCo, he brings a unique blend of sports industry acumen and real-world sales experience.

As Director of Corporate Partnerships at Rogue Sports, Michael is focused on creating meaningful and impactful brand alignments that deliver results. His approach is consultative, strategic, and relentlessly growth-focused.
